The syllabus follows a
steady progress of learning.
Gradings are aimed to test and monitor skills at various levels of training and help set high standards within the clubs.

BROWN 7th sASH
The student must illustrate the ability to coach both basic and advanced techniques presented by the examiner.
The student must be able to recall all moves from the syllabus upon request.<br>The student must be able to produce and demonstrate both basic and advanced combinations.

Assessment begins with covering white, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple & Brown belt techniques

- Students must attend 2 Boxercise session seminars throughout year for their development and this give them the chance to spar with other students
- 3 x 2 minute rounds of pad work (combinations provided on the day)
- 5 x 2 minute rounds of sparring (Semi contact)
- 2 x 1.5 minute rounds of sparring (Full contact)
- 5 rounds of drills assigned by the instructor on the day.
Notes: For students who started the Maroon Fist Kung Fu syllabus and then decided go over to kick boxing, their ability will be look at before moving to the next grade.
License book must be provided for signing.
