  • Press Up (10), Lizard (10), Situp (10), Squat or Dip (10), Star jump (10)
  • Hand block 1 and 2, Foot block 1 and 2

  • 2 punches, 1 elbow strike, back fist
  • Combination: 5 round x 5
  • Hand block 3 and 4, foot block 3 and 4
  • Slow press up
  • Press Up (20), Lizard (5) and situp (20)
  • Warm down
